You will work on the backend of platforms that carry real money and real operational load: ERP systems, marketplaces and SaaS products. This is a hands-on role with architectural responsibility, not a role coordinating other people's code.
We care more about how you reason through a design problem than about which frameworks appear on your CV.
What you will do
- Design and build services in ASP.NET Core
- Model domains and databases for systems expected to last years
- Write tests that cover the flows carrying money, data and identity
- Review code with an eye on maintainability rather than style
- Work directly with clients during discovery and delivery
- Mentor engineers earlier in their careers
What we are looking for
- Five or more years building production systems in C# and .NET
- Strong SQL Server skills including query plans and indexing
- Experience with a real payment or ERP integration
