How Shreshtha Soft Tech collects, uses, stores and protects personal information.

Shreshtha Soft Tech Private Limited ("we", "us") operates this website and the services offered through it. We are the data fiduciary for the personal information described below.
Information you give us. Name, email address, telephone number, company name, GSTIN, billing and shipping addresses, project requirements and any content you submit through forms, support tickets or account settings.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL and a first-party session identifier used to keep your cart and session consistent. We do not sell this information.
Payment information. Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway. We never receive or store raw card numbers.
We process personal information to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.
We share personal information with payment gateways, logistics providers, email and messaging providers, cloud hosting providers and professional advisers, in each case only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We require these processors to protect the information and to use it only for the purpose we specify. We do not sell personal information.
We keep account and transaction records for as long as required by tax and company law, generally eight years from the end of the relevant financial year. Enquiry and marketing records are kept for up to three years after last contact. Server logs are retained for ninety days.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, object to certain processing and request a copy of your data in a portable format. Account holders can export their data and request deletion from the security section of the dashboard. Requests can also be sent to the contact address below.
We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access control, audit logging and regular security assessment. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the relevant authority of a breach affecting your information as required by law.
Our services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email.
