Delivery timelines, charges, coverage and how shipments are tracked.

We ship hardware and physical products across India. International shipping is available for selected products on request; contact us for a quotation before ordering.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on delivery location, weight and the method you select. Orders above the free-shipping threshold displayed at checkout ship at no charge on standard delivery.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day; later orders are dispatched the next working day. Indicative delivery times after dispatch are 1 to 2 working days for metro cities, 3 to 5 working days for other cities and 5 to 7 working days for remote locations.
Large or heavy items such as servers and networking racks may require additional handling time, which is stated on the product page.
A tracking number is emailed and shown in your dashboard as soon as the shipment is handed to the carrier. You can follow the consignment from the order detail page.
Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. Please inspect the packaging before accepting; if it is visibly damaged, note this on the carrier's document and contact us within 48 hours.
If delivery fails after three attempts the consignment returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further shipping charge.
Software licences and downloadable products carry no shipping charge and are made available in your dashboard as soon as payment is confirmed.
