Open Dashboard → Licences, find the licence and deactivate the machine you are retiring. That frees the seat immediately. Then activate the new machine with the same key. No need to contact us, and there is no charge for moving a seat. If the old machine is lost, stolen or dead and you cannot deactivate it yourself, raise a support request. We can release the seat for you.
