Dashboard → Security has two controls: Download my data, which exports your profile, orders, invoices, licences and support history as JSON, and Request account deletion. On deletion we remove your profile, addresses and support history. Invoices and the order lines behind them are retained, because Indian tax law requires us to keep them — but they are detached from your login and no longer usable to sign in. Deletion is not instant: the request is reviewed so that a compromised account cannot be used to erase someone's records.
