Open the order in Dashboard → Orders and use Cancel. This is available while the order is Pending or Confirmed. Once an order is Packed or Shipped it can no longer be cancelled — raise a support request instead and we will arrange a return. Digital licences cannot be cancelled after the key has been issued, because the key is usable the moment it is delivered. If a key has not been activated we will usually still refund it — ask us.
