Sign in and open Dashboard → Orders. Each order shows its current status: Pending — placed, payment not yet captured. Confirmed — payment received and the order is in our queue. Processing / Packed — being prepared for despatch. Shipped — handed to the courier. The tracking number and a link appear on the order. Delivered — the courier has confirmed delivery. Digital items skip shipping entirely. Licence keys and downloads appear under Dashboard → Licences and Dashboard → Downloads within a minute of payment. If an order has been Confirmed for more than two working days with no movement, raise a support request and we will chase it.
